Luciano Grapeggia was born in Conselve, in the province of Padua, in 1951. He took his first steps in the art following the drawing courses of Master Walter Pregnolato, who transmitted to him the technical faculties in order to obtain, some years later, a completely personal artistic approach, with a figurative production with an unmistakable style.
He began to take part in collective and personal exhibitions starting in 1987, and already the following year he was invited by master Remo Brindisi to participate in an exhibition held in the Alternative Museum of Modern Art in Lido di Spina.
He has participated in numerous competitions, winning many prestigious prizes and obtaining important awards from the critics. His works have been exhibited in various private galleries and art fairs, as well as in important public spaces. Many of his paintings are now in various public and private collections, both in Italy and abroad. He currently lives and operates in Cavarzere.
